Hot tea :
DIRECTIONS: Pour 1 teaspoon of leaves for every 7-9 oz/200-260 ml of water in the teapot. Pour boiling water over the tea.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Let infuse 3-7 minutes. Add milk and maple syrup or maple sugar to taste.
Iced tea:
DIRECTIONS: To make 1 L / 1 QT, put 6 teaspoons in a teapot. Pour 1 ¼ cups /315ml of boiling water over the tea.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Leave to infuse for 5 minutes. Fill a pitcher 1/4 full with cold water. Pour the tea into the pitcher. Add ice, cold water and maple syrup to taste.
