Hot tea:
DIRECTIONS: Pour one tea bag for each oz/200-260 7-9 ml of water into the teapot. Pour boiling water over the tea.

RECOMMENDATIONS: Steep 3-7 minutes. Add milk and sugar to taste.

Iced Tea:
DIRECTIONS: To make 1 L / 1 QT to 6 tea bags in a teapot. Pour 1 ¼ cups / 315ml of boiling water over the tea.

RECOMMENDATIONS: Steep 5 minutes. Fill a pitcher 1/4 cold water. Pour the tea into the pitcher.  Add ice-cold water and the sugar or maple syrup to taste.
