They grow on small bushes deep in the forests of the Canadian Shield.Early pioneers discovered that wild blueberries ere a good source of Vitamin C. Picking them when tehy were at their finest however, was always exciting as the pionners would commonly encounter wild bears which gorged on these flavoury berries. Have a cup of tea and be part of the adventure.

Hot tea:
DIRECTIONS: Pour one tea bag for each oz/200-260 7-9 ml of water into the teapot. Pour boiling water over the tea.

RECOMMENDATIONS: Steep 3-7 minutes. Add milk and sugar to taste.

Iced Tea:
DIRECTIONS: To make 1 L / 1 QT to 6 tea bags in a teapot. Pour 1 ¼ cups / 315ml of boiling water over the tea.

RECOMMENDATIONS: Steep 5 minutes. Fill a pitcher 1/4 cold water. Pour the tea into the

pitcher.  Add ice-cold water and the sugar or maple syrup to taste.
