Hot Tea:

DIRECTIONS: Pour 1 teaspoon of leaves for every 7-9 oz/200-260 ml of water into the teapot. Pour boiling water over the tea.

RECOMMENDATIONS: Steep for 3-7 minutes. Add milk and maple syrup or maple sugar to taste.

Iced Tea:

INSTRUCTIONS: To make 1 L / 1 QT, place 6 teaspoons in a teapot. Pour 1 1/4 cups / 315 ml of boiling water over the tea.

RECOMMENDATIONS: Let steep for 5 minutes. Fill a pitcher 1/4 full with cold water. Pour the tea into the pitcher. Add ice, cold water, and maple syrup to taste.
