Vegan maple iced coffee recipe


Refresh yourself with this healthy vegan maple syrup iced coffee recipe! Perfect for hot summer days.


Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 1 cup of unsweetened, cold coffee
  • 1 cup of water
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup raw cashews
  • 2 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of ice cubes



  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until you get a smooth texture.


Note: If you don’t have a powerful blender, you can soak the cashews for 30 minutes in boiling water to soften them. Drain and add as directed in the recipe.
