Refresh yourself with this healthy vegan maple syrup iced coffee recipe! Perfect for hot summer days.
Ingredients (2 servings)
- 1 cup of unsweetened, cold coffee
- 1 cup of water
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup raw cashews
- 2 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup of ice cubes
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until you get a smooth texture.
Note: If you don’t have a powerful blender, you can soak the cashews for 30 minutes in boiling water to soften them. Drain and add as directed in the recipe.
