Martinette’s Maple Eggnog


Brighten up your holidays with this creamy maple eggnog recipe! Prepare it with our pure Quebec maple syrup for a beverage everyone will enjoy.


Ingredients (for 4 servings)

  • 8 egg yolks
  • 6 tsp of sugar
  • 1L of milk
  • 4 tbsp (60ml) of maple syrup
  • 4 tbsp (60 ml) of Canadian Whisky

Whipped cream topping

  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup maple sugar




  1. In a pan on the stove, warm up the milk until hot but before boiling.
  2. In another bowl, whip the yolks and sugar together. Add the whisky and maple syrup.
  3. Slowly pour the hot milk in the eggs while still whipping.
  4. Whip the cream until almost stiff.
  5. Whip in the maple sugar.
  6. Serve the eggnog hot, topped with the whipped cream and a sprinkling of finely grated nutmeg (or cinnamon) and maple sugar.
