Give your morning coffee a little extra with this creamy irish maple coffee recipe. It can also be enjoyed as a sweet dessert!
Ingredients
- 250 ml of hot coffee (1 cup)
- 30 ml of your choice of alcoholic beverage (cognac, whisky, brandy, etc.) (1 oz)
- 15 ml of maple syrup (1 tablespoon)
- 80 ml of hot milk (1/3 cup)
- Whipped cream with maple sugar
- Maple sugar
Instructions
- In a large cup, pour the hot coffee. Add your choice of alcoholic beverage, the maple syrup and the hot milk.
- Garnish with whipped cream with maple sugar and sprinkle with maple sugar.
