Festive Maple Tea Chai


A spicy, rich and creamy maple chai tea recipe. What could be more comforting in cold weather? Prepare it with our pure Quebec maple syrup!


Ingredients (makes 2 cups)

  • 2 chai tea bags
  • 250 ml (1 cup) boiling water
  • 1 lime wedge
  • Maple Sugar
  • 180ml (3/4 cup) warm milk
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) 10% coffee cream M.G.
  • 5ml (1 teaspoon) of maple syrup
  • 60ml (2oz) of liquor “Sortilege” (Canadian whiskey liquor with maple syrup)
  • Whipped cream, to taste



  1. Infuse the tea bags in hot water for 3 minutes (or according to the instructions recommended).
  2. Meanwhile, glazed the rims of two cups (slide the lime wedge on the rim of the glass and dip in maple sugar).
  3. Remove the tea bags and add the hot milk, cream, maple syrup and liqueur.
  4. Mix and pour into cups.
  5. Top with whipped cream and accompany the chai tea of chocolate cake.
