The soft nougat is a European confectionery typical of Mediterranean countries. Made with egg white mounted snow, it usually contains honey and / or sugar, nuts and / or dried fruit, whole, broken or ground (almonds, pistachios, walnuts, …) and perfumes.
Here is our Quebec’s premium version made with pure maple syrup. No GMO’s or added flavoring.
