Maple Chocolate Delights (Chocolatines)


Prepare this maple chocolatines recipe. They are easy to prepare and delicious. Use our pure maple sugar to make them!



  • Flaky pastry
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 tbsp of Milk
  • 4oz of Dark chocolate
  • 4 tbsp of pure maple sugar



  1. Preheat oven to 200ºC (400ºF). Roll out the store-bought pastry.
  2. Beat 1 egg with 45 ml (3 tbsp) of milk and brush on pastry.
  3. Divide pastry into 4 squares, then spread 30 g (1 oz) of finely chopped dark chocolate and 15 ml (1 tbsp) maple sugar on each square.
  4. Fold diagonally and brush with the remaining egg wash. Place the chocolate pastries on a wax paper covered cookie sheet.
  5. Bake on top rack for 20 minutes.
