Add the milk of your choice to complement the masala spices and enhance the sweetness of the maple with creamy layers of flavor.

Sweet notes of maple syrup to soften the black and green tea flavors and highlight the chai spices.

Hot tea:
DIRECTIONS: Pour one tea bag for each oz/200-260 7-9 ml of water into the teapot. Pour boiling water over the tea.

RECOMMENDATIONS: Steep 3-7 minutes. Add milk and sugar to taste.

Iced Tea:
DIRECTIONS: To make 1 L / 1 QT to 6 tea bags in a teapot. Pour 1 ¼ cups / 315ml of boiling water over the tea.

RECOMMENDATIONS: Steep 5 minutes. Fill a pitcher 1/4 cold water. Pour the tea into the pitcher.  Add ice-cold water and the sugar or maple syrup to taste.
