Truly excellent extra light maple is impossible to buy here in Virginia where I live. Several years ago, on a trip to Canada, I developed a taste for the unmistakably rich and smooth taste of Quebec’s maple syrup. After trying several mail order locations, I ordered from La Ferme Martinette. Since then I have been hooked. Excellent quality and flavor.
