J’ai adoré ces mélanges à pancakes. Ce mélange de chocolat noir et sucre d’érable est bien dosé. J’ai séparé le mélange en deux que j’ai pu conserver dans son sac. La 2e portion a été utilisée pour en faire des gaufres . Elles étaient bien aérées. Succulente idée de La Ferme Martinette. Je suis bien heureuse de cette découverte.
