Special Coffee with Maple Syrup


  • 250 ml of hot coffee (1 cup)
  • 30 ml of your choice of alcoholic beverage (cognac, whisky, brandy, etc.) (1 oz)
  • 15 ml of maple syrup (1 tablespoon)
  • 80 ml of hot milk (1/3 cup)
  • Whipped cream with maple sugar
  • Maple sugar


  1. In a large cup, pour the hot coffee. Add your choice of alcoholic beverage, the maple syrup and the hot milk.
  2. Garnish with whipped cream with maple sugar and sprinkle with maple sugar.
