Maple Chocolate Fondue

 

Prepare this simple maple chocolate fondue recipe to top off your next supper. Try it with our pure maple syrup and fresh fruits!

Ingredients (6 servings)

  • 8 oz (227 g) chocolate, in chunks
  • 2 oz (65 ml) non-salted butter
  • 2 tbsp. (30 ml) pure maple syrup 
  • 2 tsp. (10 ml) lemon zest
  • 1 cup (250 ml) cream 35%

 

Instructions

  1. Cook all ingredients until melted and smooth texture.
  2. Serve in a fondue casserole with cut fresh fruits, pieces of angel cake, marshmallows.
