Festive Maple Tea Chai

Makes 2 cups

2 chai tea bags
250 ml (1 cup) boiling water
1 lime wedge
Maple Sugar
180ml (3 / 4 cup) warm milk
60ml (1 / 4 cup) 10% coffee cream M.G.
5ml (1 teaspoon) of maple syrup
60ml (2oz) of liquor "Sortilege" (Canadian whiskey liqueur and maple syrup)
Whipped cream, to taste

 

Preparation:


• Infuse the tea bags in hot water for 3 minutes (or according to the instructions recommended).
• Meanwhile, glazed the rims of two cups (slide the lime wedge on the rim of the glass and dip in maple sugar).
• Remove the tea bags and add the hot milk, cream, maple syrup and liqueur.
• Mix and pour into cups.
• Top with whipped cream and accompany the chai tea of chocolate cake.
