Cocktail Maple Mojito

INDIVIDUAL VERSION  ( HIGHBALL)

30 ml (1 oz.) white rum

30 ml (1 oz.) lime juice

45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) maple syrup

A few mint leaves

90 ml (3 oz.) club soda

Ice cubes

Slice of lime

 

  

PUNCH VERSION (10 À 12 PORTIONS) 

350 ml (12 oz.) white rum

350 ml (12 oz.) lime juice

350 ml (12 oz.) maple syrup

45 mint leaves ( keep 15 for decorations in bowl)

1.5 litres (51 oz.) club soda

1 lime cut into round slices

 

1.Combine lime juice, maple syrup and mint leaves in a large punch bowl.

2.Crush with muddler.

3.Add rum and the club soda.

4.Serve in tall glasses filled with ice.

5.Garnish with mint leaves and slices of lime.
